Stay Calm, Dad!

I’d like to share something with you that’s cute, funny and inspirational.girl911call.jpg

How could you pass that up?

What you’re about to hear is a recording of a 5-year-old girl’s call to 911 on behalf of her ailing father. Savannah’s dad was having trouble breathing and unable to call for an ambulance. Thankfully, the story has a happy ending. But this highly intelligent little girl not only had the wherewithal to summon the paramedics, but she displayed some classic femininity in the process.

As you listen to this, you can’t help but marvel at the unique and wonderful way the Lord has created little girls and boys. Consider the care, compassion and love within this half-pint hero. But also listen for the differences between boys and girls. There is one thing for certain – if either Trent or Troy ever had to call 911 on my behalf, you would NOT hear them talk about their clothes.
